Exchange, Returns and Warranty Policy

1. CHANGE POLICY

Exchanges can be requested within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, upon presentation of the invoice. Exchanges will preferably be made for the same item; if unavailable, it can be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value , with the customer paying the difference.

Conditions for the exchange The garment must meet all of these requirements:

  1. Not to have been used, washed or altered.
  2. Not to have any smell of perfume, lotion or sweat.
  3. Not to be stained with makeup, grease or other residue.
  4. Keep original labels in good condition.
  5. Keep original packaging and accessories (if applicable).
  6. Present the purchase invoice.

All garments will be checked by the quality department within an estimated 3 to 5 business days .

Promotional items: Items purchased on promotion or clearance cannot be exchanged , as they may correspond to products with special conditions or discontinued items.


2. RETURN POLICY

At PETROLIZADO JEANS we do not offer refunds . If you request an exchange, it will only be for products of the same or greater value, with the customer paying the difference, and subject to the conditions of our exchange policy.


3. WARRANTY POLICY

All our products come with a 60-day warranty from the date of purchase.

What does it cover? The warranty applies to manufacturing defects: faults in seams, zippers, buttons, accessories and tailoring.

What is not covered? It does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper washing, use of chemicals or bleach, natural wear and tear, or modifications or repairs carried out by third parties.

Garments sent for warranty will be evaluated by the quality area with a response time of up to 15 business days .
