You can request an exchange within 30 calendar days after purchase, by presenting your invoice.

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are only accepted for another item of the same or greater value , with the customer paying the difference.

The garment must be unused, unwashed, without stains or odors, with all its tags and accompanied by the purchase receipt.

No. Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange, as they may be discontinued items or have special conditions.

All our garments have a 60-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

It covers manufacturing defects: flaws in seams, problems with zippers, defects in buttons or accessories, and tailoring errors.

It does not cover damage due to misuse, improper washing, use of chemicals or bleach, natural wear and tear, or repairs performed by third parties.

Estimated delivery times are: 3 to 7 business days for Colombia and 5 to 10 business days for international shipments.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the tracking number from the carrier to track your shipment.
